Hello, I'm Kirk Ferguson
Where Innovation Meets Comfort.
When I was much younger, I saw a plumber come to my house to fix a toilet. He wore a suit, with his sleeves rolled up while he did the job, and I was shocked. From that day, I always wanted to enter the profession.
I came to this country over 23 years ago and did everything possible to get into the industry. When I was given the opportunity, I completed a full apprenticeship, starting from the basics to learn how to do things correctly and professionally, then finished my NVQ. I've now worked in plumbing and heating for 10 years on top of that 5-year apprenticeship, and I've never stopped improving my knowledge and skills.
I have full experience in whole house plumbing, bathrooms included, but heating and hot water systems are what I enjoy most. They can be complicated, and that suits me perfectly: I enjoy a good challenge. Since entering the industry I've learned better, more modern and advanced techniques and methods, and I favour them, because the learning never stops.
When I design or upgrade a system, the amount of thought, calculation and research involved is something only my family and close friends know about. I'm 100% invested in every single job, believing that if I produce quality, the money will follow.
I take a hands-on approach to projects, from initial assessment and system design through to installation, commissioning and handover, and I bring in additional support or specialist trades where a project needs them.
I've been providing 2-year guarantees since starting my own business, because I have confidence in my work. I'm not perfect, but I'm willing to stand by my mistakes. Knowing myself, if something is wrong, I will personally try to sort it out.

Kirk is a fantastic heating engineer, who ensures they deliver the right solution for each house, and has gone the extra mile for us to improve the heating and water quality in our house.
I first met Kirk in 2022, when he came to repair my 14-year-old boiler, which really should have been replaced years earlier. He managed to get it working again until I was able to afford a new one, and was friendly and honest about what needed doing. In 2023, he came back to install the new boiler, and I was really happy with the service.
Since then, I’ve recommended Kirk to friends and people in the community. He serviced the boiler at my new home in 2025, and he’ll be back soon to redo my bathroom. I can’t fault his service: he’s friendly, honest and reasonably priced. I’d happily recommend him.
Kirk and his team have been excellent in their assessment of our heating and plumbing issues. Professional friendly accessible and caring. Also responsive to any queries many months after the job.
