Vaillant and Panasonic air source heat pumps, at the moment. They're the brands we're trained, qualified and experienced with. That isn't knocking any other brands: fewer brands mean more focus, and a better understanding of the units.
How often should a heat pump be serviced?
Most manufacturers recommend once a year, and many make it a condition of the warranty. Check the terms that came with yours.
Will a service keep my heat pump warranty valid?
It depends on the manufacturer's terms. Some say who can carry out the service and what qualifications they need, so check your warranty paperwork before you book, and tell us the make and model when you get in touch.
What can I do between services?
